PREPARATION
In order to give yourself the best potential for success make sure to prep! The Reset package outlines everything you need to get ready including recipes, shopping lists and helpful tips. We recommend having a fully stocked fridge and cooking a few meals before you start so that if you get hungry, you have food prepared and ready to go.

WEEK 1
During the first few days, you may feel tired and a bit sluggish. This can be your body’s response to eliminating stimulants as well as other possible dietary responses. The exciting part about this week is you can eat unlimited amounts of fruits and vegetables as you slowly start to add eggs and lean meats back into your diet. Your body will feel more revitalized as you fill it with more nutrients and vitamins than ever.

WEEK 2
After working though the initial elimination phase of the reset, you will start feeling more energized and begin to sleep more deeply. Most clients feel rejuvenated and being to have a clearer headspace. Many people report that they feel like they have not only reset their bodies, but their minds too.
